I really love the landscape at the top of your website. Im not sure if that is a location that the cherokee would have lived in? Looks western more then eastern, I could be wroung though. I also like the back drop images. I think there could be more relation and detail.
I really love the top of your page, but I agree that the picture doesn't wuite fit. clean and organize, but I feel like its missing sommething.
This site is really good. The font for the logo is great and the picture of the canyon gives a very vibrant vibe. The font for the "Native American Jewerlry" is wild and ancient looking, and adds more excitement. As for the image - to me it's not that it doesn't go, but maybe would be better off not there. Maybe plain - don't know. I think the "proverb" font and rainbow letters are kind of like the brakes on a roller coaster. You got this great image in the logo, good formating that allows the eyes to scan the page, and some nice earth tones - and than rainbow letters. But overall I think this site is awesome.
This is a very creative design. My only gripe would be to have the main title be larger if it is 'cherokee jewelry' and if it is 'native american jewelry' have it be higher up.
Some of this text is hard to read. Also the photos on the front kind of do not looked centered together.
I like your website page but i'm not a fan of the colors blending together. I think the links on the side would look better if they were not all different colors maybe if you changed the color pattern would look better
good layout. probably would've gotten rid of the rainbow coloring from the proverb, and maybe made it stretch across the bottom of the page. I would just watch with the canyon though. i don't know if there are any major canyons in the areas where Cherokee tribes existed, and I don't know how sensitive native american cultures are to things like that. it was just a thought.
I like the font you have for "Native American Jewelry" but I think you should have a set color scheme instead of all the different colors for the links.
Nice job on the website but it would have been nice to see more colors other than your browns. Maybe some more blues...
