  1. The doggy is so cute!! i wish he had more detail in his portrait tho. The shape one is good but is hard to see the letters forming the outline, they look just like lines. The value one is good but i think needed a more variety of shading to make it look more realistic

  2. That is a cute dog. Might need a little more lines to create a stronger image - you can kind of get lost in the white space. I think the value and shape are really good

  3. I like all of these. Have to give you credit on the dog photo and using it for your line portrait that is a real challenge. i think you have a good handle on it but it needs to be worked out a little more.

  4. nice job, perhaps you could have used a picture with more detail for line.

  5. Nice work! The dog picture is cute but I dont think there is enough detail in the picture to do the line portrait. The shape portrait and value portrait come out good. I think there is a section missing in your leg though in the value portrait.

  6. I have a section in my value portrait that I just noticed too. Haha. Dont know how that happened but we both have that same issue.

  8. I think your value one is the strongest. Maybe just try using more letters for your shape one.

  9. good job, i think the value one could have used a little darker areas to maybe show some dimension to it
